Hi Again,
I keep getting a pop-up saying " Windows Security Alert, Windows Firewall has detected the following- Trojan-Downloader. Win.32.Agent.bq ". I have run your prior suggestions to remove Trojans & malicious software but it keeps coming back. What can I do???

You ought not to have used the Combofix tool unsupervised
