Hi there,
has anyone ever used this reseter program for Epson printers?
My anti-virus went off and said this program was trying to take over my computer.
Here is their address, although Mcafee shows green, but says it has not yet tested the site?
Would someone advise please

Hi greybuffalo.
I use the program all the time. I don't know where you downloaded it from but I suppose someone could have packed something malicious with it. The utility itself is not a virus and I would suspect a false positive from mcafee myself.
As an example, there is a thread here on the mcafee forums buy a person who's used the utility for years, then bam, all of a sudden mcafee detects it. Probably with one of the later updates for mcafee. If you've used an app for that long and always kept your av updated, it's definetely a false positive. AV updates are always behind a bit but not that much. My 6 anti-nasties programs have never identified it at all.
