My wife can not get into her email at hotmail, but I can get into mine. Does anyone know the cause of this? I've checked for virus' and spy/adware that may have filtered through, but our system is clear. (unless microsoft has a bug inside windows xp) I have read in some forums that microsoft is trying to force everyone to buy their products instead of allowing free service, still I have no idea of the truth to the situation, I have contacted them, but they have yet to answer. Currently I am using IE, but I have tried Netscape. Any help would be thoughtful.
Blesses and thank yous goes out to all, I'll be praying for answers.
