I'm running XP Professional SP3, I have picked up a virus ali.exe and cannot get it off my computer. I have Symantec Antivirus Corporate edition running and last night downloaded AVG 8.0 but neither one had any affect on the virus. Symantic doesn't show the virus after a complete scan and when I scanned the specific file Windows/System32 with AVG it slowed down but after scanning the Ali file it went right on by it. Neither has cleaned, quarantined or removed it.

What steps should I be taking to remove this.

I also have run XoftSpySE software and it shows I have a Zhelatin VF worm. Why haven't the other Antivirus programs not shown the same results?

Thanks
