Cant run setup.exe

im trying to install a program. i clicked on the setup.exe and nothing happens. what can i do so i can install this software.

On the task manager there isn't any process called Setup

Which program is this?
What version of XP are you using?
Have you scanned for malware recently?
Are you running as an Administrator?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

The program Is PhotoShop CS4 (not original)
XP version : Microsoft WIndows Xp Pro Ver 2002 SP2
Im Scanning Right now
and yes im as an Administrator

Is the Photoshop program a "hacked" version?

It's likely that it's the "hack" that's causing you problems.

The rules here at BC prohibit illegal activities (such as the use of hacked software).
You'll have to go elsewhere for further assistance.
