My computer is running slow in every way. Everything from start-up to clicking on my browser (Firefox) is super slow.
I think that I want to start from scratch and do a reinstall / reformat. The problem is, I am not sure that I have the discs that came with the computer. Where does one go to get the discs necessary to do what I want to do?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Oh yeah, while I am remembering what is the best FREE anti-malware, anti-adware, anti-virus, computer-clean software? And what are the best sites to get it from? Thanks again!

Have you been online without any anti virus, firewall, or any other protection? Download these, and then update them, then run scans. These are free, and effective.

AVG anti virus http://www.majorgeeks.com/download886.html

Ashampoo firewall http://www.majorgeeks.com/Ashampoo_FireWall_d5241.html

SUPERAntiSpyware http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfi...ANTISPYWAREFREE

Malwarebytes http://www.brothersoft.com/download-malwar...ware-71406.html

Ad-Aware http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
