Hijack.* and Trojan.Fake Alert combo virus

I got a trojan.fakealert, hijack.*, and rogue.adwarealert combination virus. I scan using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and it show all the virus and cleans. I can do an immediate scan and it pulls up new viruses. Any suggestions?
