Installing Vista on VM Server

Hey, I was wondering how I should install a 2nd OS on my computer, and someone suggested VM Server. So i downloaded it, installed it, and now im lost. What do i do with it? I don't see a client i can run or anything. I've googled how but I dont get it >_< Any helps appreciated, THANKS!
