windows Security Alerts & Viruses

I think I am infected and can't seem to remove the little icon.
Hi all. I read the preparation guide and the things listed there. I ran my antivirus on safe mode and removed liked 35 trojans and also did the malwarebytes program aswell and the programs mentioned there.

Got that Windows Security Alerts on the bottom right of my pc Still, even if the annoying pop us are away the little Red windows security alert icon is not removed from my tool bar at the bottom. Also, some trojans keep poping up and my antivirus deleting them. So here is my highjackthis log to see if anyone can help me. Thank you.
