Cd plus Burner doors got stuck

at my old computer (p3 733mgh) the cd device plus the burner doors got stuck. when i press the opening button it makes the opening sound but nothing more. it is just got stuck and i dont know what do it. i check inside and it seems like all the cables are connected. any ideas ? thanks in advance.

I hate to say it but it may be time to retire the drive :thumbsup:

Did you try the safety pin/needle-through-the-little-hole-in-the-front-of-the-drive trick ?

i have no idea how but i went to the comp to do the action written in that guide and it does opened. hell yea :thumbsup: thanks for all.
