hi,
I use a compaq v2318 notebook running windows xp home - sp2
While going through add/remove programs i noticed that the pc is running various versions of java and j2se runtime environment. i'm wondering if i can remove the old versions and keep only the latest. if so then which ones i can safely remove and which version should i retain or install? Also there are 2 kinds of entries here - J2SE and Java™, are these both for java? i'm attaching a screen-shot of the versions running on my PC. Any advice?
thanks
