So it all started with a few pop ups -first poker, then antivirus and spyware installations. We downloaded the right version of ad-aware and got rid of some of them but there is still eharmony pops and clean up tool. We did an online free mcafee scan and it showed up "PUP Prcviewer (process.exe)" and also "Generic PUP (reboot.exe)" and also "PROCKILL-AN" we are now running a malware program that we found on this site and its scanning now. but we still can't get into Hotmail inbox or upload pictures on Facebook. we had many popups in a row that kept coming up one after another. So hopefully this helps figure out the problem. Thanks :oD
