Hello knk,

In the first HijackThis log you posted, the pc was Toshiba.

Now you posted a HijackThis log from a Dell machine.

Would you like to explain this?

knk,

The forum is too busy, too many unanswered topics, simply because people in need are far too many from us helpers, and we do this in our free time, so it happens some people get answer after 15 days or more.

Your first topic was posted on 5th and i replied on 13th (after 8 days). You left the topic un-answered for 5 days and i had to close it. Coming back and asking to re-open your topic to fix another pc, looks weird.

The fact that the new pc (dell) has problems some days after you bought it, allows you to use the guaranteed and take it to the shop you bought it to be fixed for free, and that is my advice.
Thus i won't help you and i will close this thread.

If you still want to be helped here open another thread.
