hi there. im new to this forum as you could probably tell. ive been having trouble with a couple of different things on my computer and was hoping you all could help me out. first off, theres been a few trojans that have been recurring on my cpu. my norton antivirus real time scan picks them up but every once in a while i see them again. also, the real time scan just picked up a few incidences of backdoor.graybird, which just sounds really bad. lol. also, if i try to do a full system scan with my norton antivirus it stops just a few minutes in when i know it shouldnt have been done yet, so im guessing thats also the malware's doing.

PLEASE HELP ASAP. i need this computer for school. thank you
