Ipod Touch

I am new to using the ipod.
I am virtually unchooled in the use of this music machine.
However my son recently sent me an ipod touch.
Poblem is I am trying to create a playlist on the itouch, but cannot. if there is some one out there who can help me please do

You can download music that's stored on your computer or visit the different sites online like Itunes

If you have an Apple store nearby, their Customer Service is supposed to be great. I'm sure they would explain all of the features to you
