I get that when I try using the web-based chat client. I tried enabling popups and that didn't help. I turned off my firewall and that didn't help. I enabled mIRC in my firewall and that didn't help.
With mIRC I get something similar. I clicked continue at the registration popup and filled it in. I can get to the chatroom and see all chatters in both the mIRC window and the web-based chat window, and I can type in a message and it will appear in the room, but I don't get any responses or see any other conversations going on. I have the feeling I need to put in the information listed in your "How to connect to our chatrooms", but I don't know where to put it in.
Sorry. I haven't used this before. Thanks for helping me get this sorted out.
