Hi,

I manually refilled my ink cartridges and now the printer is printing fine but it still thinks the cartridges are empty.

How do I reset the ink counter?

Any help would be appreciated.

This is for an Epson but there might be something in it that will help you

Go here:
http://www.internet-ink.co.uk/downloads-instructions.htm

Click on "Disable Epson status monitor" and see if you see anything that might work

Hi Phil.
Press and hold the reset button (red triangle with the "!") for over 5 seconds.
To disable the on-screen ink warning message, see the post by "DavidBris" here.

Hey,

thanks, it turns out there is no way to reset the ink levels as the printer knows the cartridge isn't new, but it is possible to make the pesky warning disapear.

Thanks for helping.

Might want to keep this method around for future testing.
