Internet Webpage Help Please

Help, ok this is the easiest way to explain this. my webpage shows up double, like if you go to google.com and imagine that whole webpage then imagaine scrolling down and seeing it again like a replica right below the first. if that makes any sense, but it only does this to certain sites like google, yahoo, bleeping computer, samsung.com. it happend once before but it fixed it self but now its not going away. also i another problem is that on google when i click to search something and i find a website that i choose to go to, it well take me to google.co.uk how can i fix it so i have a regular webpage.

What browser does this happen with?
What happens if you use another browser? Same thing?
