Whenever I try to install Virtualbox, it keeps giving me a "Sun xVM Virtualbox Setup Wizard ended prematurely" error. This is Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit. I'd give more info, but there really isn't any (stupid useless error messages always tell you SOMETHINGS wrong, but give no indication of what ranting2.gif )

Hello madman6510,

Virtual box is a great tool I have never had problems with it before. Hopefully, the event viewer will give some details on the reasons for the error.

1. Click Start select run
2. Type eventvwr.exe
3. Press enter
4. Search through the groups for errors and warnings.
5. Double click on each error and or warning.
6. Locate the copy to clipboard button, Posted Image (under the two arrows)
7. Let us know what you find. (paste the results)
Regards,

Alan.

Hmm... turns out the installation directory got corrupted...

Repair and update to the newest version seems to have fixed it.
