Updating To Xp Sp2 Copy Error ?

I am updating a WXP SP1 to SP2 using an update disc,

I am now getting ;

Setup cannot copy the file wmvcore.dll

Ensure that the location specified below is correct,or
change it and insert 'Windows XP Service Pack 2 Source File'
in the drive you specify

c:\037b456a4d8812bb5d


Can you tell me what to do? I don't Kapeesh !

I searched this file there are four of them all named the same and all have different file content !

In all honesty I would go straight to SP3.

In C: I have an i386 folder, also showing the c:\037b456a4d8812bb5d\, opening this I find another i386 folder ?

Is this suppose to be right ?

Yeah as the folder name is the decompression of XP SP2.

But can you give me some insight as to the message;

How to Ensure as I have pressed retry and the same message comes up, do you have any ideas as to what should be done ?

I got it to delete and reinstall, so thanks for your reply, . .
