C++ Book Suggestions?

I'm wanting to learn C++ but not sure on what book[s] I should get to start learning it. I'd really appreciate it if someone could recommend me a book or two.

That sort of depends on whether or not you know how to program yet, or if you need to learn programming, along with C++.

Though it's really more a refrence manual. If you learn better from tutorial based stuff there's lots on the web out for free :thumbsup:
