Sql Update

I get notified that I have new updates ready to install, but when I try to install it, I get this message:

Failed to install
Security Update for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 (KB948109)


Help?

OK I was able to get it updated, but now I keep getting the bubble notification hat I have updates waiting and it is the same sql 2005 thing.
I click it to install, it says it was completed, but then 3 minutes later it notifies me toupdate again. Same file./

Initializing installation... done!
Installing Security Update for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 (KB948109) (update 1 of 1)...
Over and over again

How do I stop it from contiually telliung me to install and update that I already have installed?

Read it....understand most of it, but do not know how to stop the thing.. I am not that technical.
