Ok so, I used google to get some info on it. Unfortunly there were no info on it.

I posted on another forum also, since I had forgotten my password here^^ and this is the answer I got

Congratulations, you've got yourself some malware again.

A "dropper" does what its name says: either it directly installs some bad stuff on your computer or downloads additional payload and runs it.

In any case, if you've got a dropper, odds are pretty high that you're running other "interesting" stuff. If your antivirus software doesn't tell you more or find other suspicious things: update it, get a better one, clean your computer using some kind of emergency CD or wipe your whole PC.

So since is sounds pretty bad I went here cause there are many experienced folks here who are willing to help

So, I'm asking you what do I do?
So far I quarantined it using AVG, and I'm now running a Malwarebytes'Anti-Malware scan. But I really don't wanna wipe my whole PC, so I kinda need some advice here:) thanks.
