Hello all,

I need help in cleaning up my freinds machine after being infected with the XP 2008 virus.
Sue was using the internet without any protection at all and she asked me to help her,
as she does not know what to do.

I loaded all the recomended software to clean up and removal as much malware as possible.

In the first session alone the scans removed over 250 problems and XP 2008.
There are still hidden problems and one recent scan revealled a key logger.

I have posted a HJT log, a malwarebytes log and a recent kasperky scan below.

Any help is gladly received as this is driving us mad.
I know you are pretty busy but hope to here from you soon.

Cheers Phil.

Welcome to the BleepingComputer Forums. Since it has been a few days since you scanned your computer with HijackThis, please post a new HijackThis log. Please see Preparation Guide for use before posting about your potential Malware problem. Thank you for your patience.

If you have already posted this log at another forum or if you decide to seek help at another forum, please let us know. There is a shortage of helpers and taking the time of two volunteer helpers means that someone else may not be helped.
