[B] My computer starts, I can hear the fans and hardrives boot up but when the screen should show up it doesnt. the first time I tried to boot it beeped but I dont recall the order it was in. Everytime I try to start it now it just goes to the blank screen and the monitor goes for green to orange LED.

Try reseating your video card. This has proved to be the A-1 problem in quite a few of my customers pcs. If that does not work try another video card. If it still does same thing try different monitor. thats the best I can do with the info you have provided.
I plan to live forever , so far , plan is working.
