Ok, I used Dr. TCP to try to speed up my connection, but now it seems like it is mega slow. It took me 15 tries to reach this website and 4 more to post this topic. I followed all the instruction Dr. TCP put out but now im in a major bind. My cable is slower then dial up. Is there anything i can do to speed up my connection again? could it have been caused by something other then Dr. TCP? Any suggestions or insight would be very helpful.

Some system specs and details of your internet connection might help.

I'd start by uninstalling Dr.TCP.

Soltek QBIC, Pentium 4 3.0GHz, 512MB RAM, 200GB SATA HDD, ATI Radeon 9600XT 256MB, Netgear 54Mb/s WAP, ridiculously expensive Satellite Broadband
Windows XP Home SP2, Trend Micro Internet Security, Firefox, Thunderbird, AdAwareSE, Spybot S&D, SpywareBlaster, A-squared Free, Ewido Security Suite.
