helo every1

i hav a new pc but i havent install anti virus yet.....

couples of week later...when im going 2 install antivirus it will goin 2 diasppear it will not continuing,......

is my computer affected with the viruses?......what should i do?...

i dont want to format it bcoz i hav so many important files there..

pls pls help....

This post will probably get moved to the "Am I infected?" forum.

But to answer your questions...

Are you running Windows XP or Windows Vista??

What AntiVirus program are you installing?

Do you have a AntiSpyware program?

Do you have a third party firewall, or windows firewall?

We will need to know these.

But so far it sounds like you are infected, but lets get the other info first :thumbsup:
