Suddenly the printer on my network will not print. One of the PC's is having a virus/malware problem. I am dealing with it seperately and is now disconnected from the network. The main PC is the only one connnected and cannot print. Within any program window: explorer, Word etc.... when I select print nothing happens and the window becomes frozen. I have to R-click the window at the bottom to close it out.....Then window pops up the non responsive message.

Is this a file/printer sharing virus and can anyone help me out here?
Thanks!

It is possible that your entire network is infected. Is this a home network or business?

Use the two free programs in links below to scan and remove the malware they find.
Post the scan logs.

http://www.superantispyware.com/ Run the SAS scan in safe mode.

If you are sure you have removed all malware you should remove ALL "restore points" as some are infected.
Directions for doing that are in the link below.

Clean up your computer temportary files, logs, cookies, etc. The best, fastest way to do that is using a program such as Ccleaner. During install of Ccleaner you will be offered the Yahoo Toolbar. UNcheck if NOT wanted.

Bleeping Computer discourages (to prevent permanent damage to your system) users from using ComboFix without the guidance of its experts on the HJT team. As noted in the header of this forum.
