Half Screen...need Help Quick!

I can only get a half screen on my monitor. Whats wrong? How do I fix it? I need this puter for work and I cant read the screen cuz everything is so condensed! Please help. :thumbsup:

Try changing the display resolution settings.

Right-click on the desktop > Properties > Settings tab.
