Windows Disk Cleanup Enough?

I use Windows Disk Cleanup daily an was wondering, do I need to get a Temp File cleaner to go with it? Wasn't sure if Disk Cleanup gets all of it clean or if it leaves anything behind.

I'm not actually sure why I do, I guess it just worked it's way into my routine somehow.

I'm sure you don't need to, :thumbsup: just once a week or so depending how much you use your PC.

I use ATF Cleaner for temporary files
