Which DLL's are you trying to read, and what are you trying to extract from them?

A wee word of warning if I may; I 'played around' with DLL files once while searching for a lost file; I put 'dll' into my address bar.............and shut the computer RAPIDLY when I saw my computer files literally wiped off in front of my face ; the damage was done and required an expensive reinstall of my OS

so please be very careful how you approach this .........
