I Deleted Sndvol32.exe What Do I Do

Yes I did I acidently deleted sndvol32.exe the folder it was in and all . while trying to get rid of windows messenger through windows programs i some how did it wrong and deleted internet explorer and sndvol32.exe off my computer now ....... microsoft says you can get sndvol32.exe back by useing your windows xp cd . Thing is ive owned 2 windows xp and ive never seen one come with a windows xp cd .......nope i dont know anyone who has one so burrowing one is out of the question........nope cant restore my computer to an earlyer date system restore fails when I try .......... so question is how do i get sndvol32.exe back ?????????
