Problem With Lexmark Computer

Hi, When the computer is turned on there is a message AcBtnMgr_X63.exe.lnk.disabled we deleted the printer and took Lexmark out of the registry. We reinstalled the printer form the install disk but now it says not comm with printer.

Also when the computer is turned on we get this message, Please set registry key HKLM\Software\Mictosoft\.NER framework\Install Root to point to the .MNet rrame work install location.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...thank you.

The operating system is XP and the computer is a 5 year old HP pavalion 520c
