Ok so my internet provider (Optus) tells me that I have a dynamic IP Address but I dont see it changing, both external and internal. I want to be able to play a private server of Maplestory again but it seems I was IP banned and I cant figure out how to force an IP change. Please tell me how to change it, and also, I'm terrible at computer's in general so I wont understand most jargon used.

Bleeping Computer forum rules state:

"No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the staff reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean encouraging the use or continued use of pirated software is not permitted, and subject to the same consequences."

Asking us to help you get around the ban violates this rule.
