I would like to convert MP4 to MP3.

I realize that is moving backward

Try Super, I haven't used it to go from Mp4 to Mp3 but it should do the job. You can find it here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic3616.html
I finally got it all together, now if I could just remember where I put it.
