WhenI use Nlite to install a copy of Xp pro, my driver for my NIC card never works when install is complete. Is there a reason why it doesn't work? Also, is there a way to add in other software features with nlite such as adding in my internet security suite and other microsoft applications it might need?

It's been a while since i used nlite but from memory it does use commands.txt in the $OEM$ folder to run custom installers and edit system files regitry tweaks etc. and you can add your own commands to that.
Have you found the latest driver for your NIC card and put it in the drivers page in nlite?

http://unattended.msfn.org/ is a very good resource for custom\unattended installations of windows.
