Renaming Your System Folder

In documents and settings, I have two folders... All Users and my folder.

It's in a name that I do not want. And, stupidly because windows is eugh, I cannot just change the name of the user account and it change that accordingly.

Is there a way to change it...?

Create a new user account...move the settings from Old to New...delete Old.
