Well when Im in my WINDOWS file there is a whole bunch of files and some of them are 0MB or 0KB and I was just wondering if im able to delete those. And if theres some recommended files that I need to have in my windows file. Do you think theres some sort of list of what I need and don't need.

Its not usually a good idea to delete ANYTHING from the Windows folder.

The size of the file is not usually a consideration. The extension is what determines what a file is for. If you want to clean up your hard drive the best way to do that is with a program like CCleaner or Toni Art's EasyCleaner.

I recommend you stay away from the registry cleaners in those programs though unless you are sure of what you are doing.

Sometimes these extremely small files are essential to Windows, and should not be deleted.
I love Windows Vista Ultimate
