Adaware System Error:1810 Has Occurred.

The Problem ;

AdAware
System error:1810 has occurred. Description:
Service is not online. Application terminated


I found the following in a Lavasoft forum archive; concerning the solution, . .

Please tell me what these directions mean, is he saying; Start> Run> type services.msc>OK>
mark Ad-Awareservice>start Ad-Aware service ?


follow this : start > execute > type : services.msc > enter > mark Ad-Aware service > start Ad-Aware service.


I did this and in Actions, "Start", is greyed out ?

I discovered earlier that there were two entrees in Spybot recovery, one for each,
Firewall and AdAware I recovered both, and restarted I still can not get either one to start.

Could not start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing(ICS) service
on local Computer. Error 5: Access is denied

Please tell me;
1. Ref. Y, . . what particular program or programs would this be referring to ?

2. Why don't I see this in the, System Configuration Utility ?
