Ive just noticed a process called NMBgMonitor.exe running at startUp which is supposed to be associated with Nero. So I googled it and it has it listed here as an undisirable - is it?

EDIT: Sorry, Ive just found the other entry for this program here, sorry for wasting space.

It's all about where the file is located, in your system 32 folder it's malware, in a common ahead(nero) folder, it's safe

That doesn't mean tho it needs to be loading at bootup, I keep nero on a short leash and it behaves well

No. Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try.
