Creating A Form To Submit Data To An Email Address

To whom is reading this

I'm working on a website, i need loads of help, my html knowledge is poor/none existent

the link above is the kind of thing i want to achieve, but obviously my own version... that works

Im aware that cgi files and stuff (that im not sure of) are needed (i know cgi file can be created, but i don't know how)

ill tell you what i need

a form with various entry points (such as the one above on the link) or a piece of software for absolute noobs like me to make one.
the data in the form needs to be sent to an email address, in text, or html


what i have, a domain, a pc, 2 hands and an existing site (the link above is a unlinked page)

any help would be great

ps i will give you a mention, atleast in the scource code :thumbsup:
