Virus - Darksma? I Need Desperate Help Pz

I run Spybot S&D but it doesn't pick it up, CA antispyware finds it and i click remove and scan again but its still there, Right now I'm running (Mcafee -still scanning) and (vundofix - nothing.) It makes my internet slow and sometimes misses keystrokes, it also makes ads pop up. Here is my Hijackthis log

If you are still having a problem, and want us to analyze your information, please reply to this topic stating that you still need help and I will work with you on resolving your computer problems.
