Laptop on Linksys Wireless-B router BEFW11S4

I removed a trojan.downloader virus a couple weeks ago using Cleaner and Spyhunter and manual registry removals, etc.

But I'm still having trouble watching online videos or downloading files. Videos often buffer excessively or stop altogether halfway
through the stream.

I'm on a Comcast cable connection that speed tests at 3.5Megs down and 1Meg Up

I disabled ZoneAlarm a few days ago...just running with the Windows firewall at the moment.

Spyhunter is showing my PC is free of any infections.

Here's my Hijack This log.
I'd appreciate any help you can offer.

Hello tf8252,

Before we start, you need to realize that you are missing one important program on that computer: An antivirus.

This is somewhat suicidal in today's digital world.

You need to install an antivirus program as soon as you can and run a complete scan of the computer.

I recommend you download the free

Avast or
AntiVir or
AVG antivirus

Products from all three vendors received the Virus Bulletin's VB100% award and certification for virus detection from ICSA Labs.

Never install more than one antivirus scanner or firewall on your system! Several together can give you problems and decrease the reliability of it seriously!

AVAST Home Edition User Guide
http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

Alvira AntiVir User Manual
http://www.free-av.com/en/documentation/index.html

AVG antivirus User Manual
http://free.avg.com/ww.download?prd=afe#tba3

After you run the antivirus program, download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.

Copy and Paste the entire Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware report in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediatly.

If you encounter this message:"c:\program files\malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamext.dll Unable to register the dll/ocx: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x5" Click on ignore mbamext.dll
