Lsivs.exe Virus?

Hello, I'm worried that lsivs.exe is a trojan but have been unable to find hardly any documentation with exception to one other forum: http://forums.whatthetech.com/Help_me_t95375.html

I followed the instructions given on What the Tech forum, but it didn't fix the problem. I first noticed the issue 2 days ago when I got a Windows error report that said lsivs.exe needed to shut down unexpectedly--I hit "Don't send" and a few minutes later got the same error message. It seems to randomly pop up, or at least I can't find any pattern... at one point after I ran SDFix the error would repeatedly reappear everytime I closed it.

When following the instructions please install the Windows XP Recovery Console if you are using XP.

After running ComboFix, please post the ComboFix log as well as a brand new HijackThis as a reply to this topic.
