All of a sudden when I go to play my videos, there is no sound. My laptop still makes sounds at start-up, and I can hear music files, but I just don't get any audio when I play my videos.

I have Windows Vista, and it's a Toshiba Laptop. All help is appreciated! Thanks

What browser are you using and what are you trying to watch? Youtube or what?

Internet explorer... if that answers the question, and I'm watching videos from my camcorder that I uploaded. I've played them with sound before but now all of a sudden I can't hear.

Then it could be a driver issue with the software that came with the camcorder. Maybe they're corrupted. The first thing to try might be to uninstall and reinstall the drivers.
