Hello tonyG99,

You are using Hijackthis from an unsafe location. Please correct this as follows:

Download HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
  • Double-click HJTInstall.exe icon on your desktop to start the installation.
  • By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Hijack This.
  • Click the Install button and HijackThis will launch automatically.
  • Click the Scan button to generate a HijackThis log and then click Save Log to open it as a text file.
  • Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
  • Come back to this thread and Paste the log (Ctrl+V) in your next reply.

Do this Before you proceed!
It is important that you uninstall any previous versions of Hijackthis by using Add/Remove programs in your control panel before installing a newer version.

What problems are you having?

Who is your ISP?

Is the computer on a Network?

Are you a home, business or Collage user?

If so which?

Do you recognise these entries?

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: Domain = DCS.local
O17 - HKLM\Software\..\Telephony: DomainName = DCS.local

If I have helped you in any way, please consider a donation:
