Hello,

I have Avast 4.8 free anti virus installed on my computer. I installed it exactly a year ago, and am unsure about the virus key that was originally sent to me. I believe once the key is entered it's good for 1 year, which I properly did when I installed the software. Does anyone know if I need to re-install this key? I ran an update on it today, and I'm currently up to date, but unsure if I need to re-enter the key. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

From the Avast site

avast! 4 Home Edition works for 60 days after the installation in demo mode. You will obtain your FREE license key by E-mail after the registration. The license key is valid for 1 year. After one year you will need to just re-register.
