I've installed Netlimiter V1.30 and its works fine on my P2P software but its stops me from running IE and Outlook express. I can still actively use MSM messenger too, but i can't figure out why it stops the other programs.

I run Panda Antivirus 2005 and i've tried shuting down their firewall as well as the windows firewall but to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this and if there is any solution

Thank. TheLab

There is never a need to have two firewalls running at the same time. It can cause conflicts. You should choose one. And then disable the other.

I would not use the Windows firewall as it only works with incomming and not outgoing packets.

I am not at all familiar with Netlimiter V1.30. Some else will need to help you with that.
