Zonealarm And Emule

Hi, i`m having problems with ZoneAlarm Firewall.
Since Ive instaled it eMule is slower and im back to lowid witch suckssss big time.
How can i open the ports to allow eMule to go back to normal?

Sorry i didnt read the note. Im from Portugal, a very small country in Europe, but a most beautifull one.
Whe have warm weather and beachs as far as the eye can see.
Great waves and very cosmopolitan cities. Whe have only one problem, things seem to take longer to get here.
Movies, music and concerts take at least one month to get here.
For instance, ZZtop only played here in the final of there carrer.
But, that`s ok.
I want to salute every member of this forum, its administrators and moderators, so im sure that they will help in the time of need.
