Can AntiVirus 2008 spread through an network?
Also what can Antivirus 2008 do? What is it designed to do?

As far as it spreading - it shouldn't. It's contracted from sketchy websites and a user must click a pop up to download and install it. I would, however, remove any infected PC from the network until I was certain it was clean.
